EIPL CORPORATE OFFICE AND FACTORY

EXPERT INDUSTRIES FACILITY LANDSCAPE PLAN

Industrial area, Bangalore, India

Starting with a blank slate, Grain Collective envisioned the landscape narrative as a green oasis within the desert. Working closely with Architecture Paradigm throughout the conceptual phases, we developed a plan which best complemented the building.

The landscape was developed in harmony with the building lines, as such, that it allowed the building to expand over the course of years with the least harm to the landscape narrative and without losing any established trees.

The role of the landscape was to provide a garden for relaxation, recreation and for somewhere to gather or take respite during the working day. The landscape also took on a sustainable role of a working factory - the working stream takes all the stormwater from the building and surrounding area and filters it through the landscape.

The landscape is designed with distinct areas within the plan - Formal, Rolling and Intimate - within the Woodland forest, Formal gardens, Stone gardens, Sloped lawns, Sloped gardens, Meandering gardens, Arrival bisque are situated.

The phase one is under construction.
